Learn the basics, see how we coach, why we are different and why you will love us. 


3) Find the sessions on the timetable and a membership to suit your goals.

Over the 2 x1hour sessions, you will learn the Fundamentals of CrossFit in a small group setting with people on the same as you - just getting started!

This session are run alongside our 7pm crew, so you get a first hand experience of the atmosphere our community creates without being thrown into the deep end; you can even come along with your buddy that might already train with us!

On Ramp Course cost is $50 for the 2x 60min specialised small group sessions.

If you think you'd like a more personalised Start Up, we also encourage 1hour one on one sessions with a coach to go over the basics of CrossFit, discuss goals, fitness levels, injuries and answer any daunting questions.

A Personal Training session cost is $60

Or grab a friend, split the cost for a two on one PT session cost is $90.

Looking for specialised weight and conditioning training to compliment your sport? Or for a personal trainer to suit your schedule?

Personalised CrossFit coaching is ideal for anyone looking to compliment their current sport with specifically designed training or someone who has injuries and may find there is a lot of exercises they cannot do in classes or you may be a CrossFit veteran and want to hit those goals and prefer more individualised attention on specifics and drills. 

Personal Coaching can include:

  • Mobility exercises to improve and restore joint range of motion

  • Skill-based warm-up to prepare for specific movement patterning

  • Strength and conditioning exercises chosen to specifically achieve your goal

  • Post-workout recovery techniques

  • Nutritional guidance

  • Health, wellness, and lifestyle support

One of the greatest benefits of personal training is accountability.  Having someone holding you accountable to the smaller goals you have set, which are required for you to achieve your goals.

Our trainers are very friendly and supportive.  We can work in conjunction with your Doctor or any other Health Care Provider if you have any medical conditions or injuries.

$70 for 60 minutes one individual

$90 for 60 minutes upto 2 individuals
